How we work
Swedish psychologist K. Anders Ericsson coined the concept of “deliberate practice” – conscious, goal-oriented practice – as the key to peak performance. In his book The Road to Excellence, he describes how outstanding abilities are not innate, but are developed through intensive, structured training. This led to the famous “10,000-hour rule”: Anyone who practices deliberately for around 10,000 hours – or around 1,250 working days – can achieve mastery in their field. The decisive factor is not the quantity, but the quality of the practice.

(International) leadership development programs
Tailor-made programs for developing leadership skills – from junior managers to top management.
The focus is on practical methods that deliver sustainable results and help managers activate the potential of their teams. You will learn how to promote open and trusting cooperation, establish a culture of continuous improvement, and use mistakes as opportunities for growth and innovation. We also show you how to constructively overcome resistance within the team and act as an authentic, inspiring, and effective leader that is able to drive results with a highly motivated team.
In the small group practice sessions, the theoretical concepts from the webinars are practiced in the spirit of “deliberate practice” to ensure successful transfer into everyday work.
