Our Team
Hosam Ghadamsi, Managing Partner
I’m a consultant and coach by heart – driven by the goal of supporting people, teams, and organizations as they grow and evolve. My journey has taken me through diverse professional and academic experiences that have shaped how I view leadership and collaboration today.
After studying mechanical and aerospace engineering at Princeton University and completing postgraduate studies at Imperial College London, I gained international corporate experience with companies like Mars Inc., working In many different departments such as Production, Sales, Marketing and HR.
But what’s always fascinated me most are the people behind the structures. That’s why I’ve deepened my expertise over the years through systemic consulting and coaching qualifications – and placed my focus on leadership and team development.
Born in Tripoli, raised in Vienna, I bring an intercultural perspective that strongly shapes my work. Connecting different ways of thinking, creating new perspectives, and driving meaningful change – that’s what motivates me.
For me, it’s never been about abstract frameworks – it’s about practical, human-centered solutions that actually make a difference.

Diana Resch
„Only what we recognize and name within ourselves can we consciously shape and develop in the external world.“
I found my way into management consulting via side roads – career stops that have had a lasting impact on me. The constant question that always accompanied me was: How do we humans actually function? What do we specifically need in today’s working world, which is currently being reshaped under the influence of technological upheavals, geopolitical uncertainties, and ever-increasing information density?
After ten years in healthcare, I studied psychology and entered the business world, where I took my first job as an industrial and organizational psychologist at an international engineering company. It was there that I realized that the boundary does not lie between humans and machines, but within people themselves and between them: raising the question how do we create organizational structures to shape collaboration, build trust, and create meaning.
For me, developing psychological competence is the invisible architecture of any profound organizational development: this became clear to me during my systemic consulting and coaching training.
I am passionate about self-leadership, which can be developed not only individually but also collectively within an organization: building resilient teams, establishing an adaptive leadership culture, and empowering each and every employee—because the real source of productivity lies within us.
